TEZPUR UNIVERSITY WalkinInterview


A walkininterview will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 20 th June, 2011 (Monday) for one
position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DRDO sponsored project entitled “ Effect
of Processing on Biochemical Compositions and Development of Resistant Starch,
Neutraceuticals and Value Added Products from Culinary Banana (Musa ABB)
Kachkal of NorthEast India” in the Department of Food Processing Technology,
Tezpur University, Napaam784028.

Essential Qualification: Masters degree in Food Processing Technology/ Microbiology/
Food Microbiology/ Agriculture/ Biochemistry/ Related fields.

Stipend : Rs. 12,000/p.m. for first and second year and Rs. 14,000/forthe third year.

Duration: 03 (three) years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
Interested candidates may appear before the interview board with original documents and
photocopies of mark sheets, certificates, testimonials, caste certificate (if applicable),
experience certificate and a copy of recent curriculum vitae. They may contact Prof. S. C.
Deka , Head, Department of Food Processing Technology.
No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidate for attending the interview.
